High FiveGo NAP SACC is a suite of evidence-informed online tools that helps early care and education programs support healthy eating and physical activity for the children they serve. Access to the online tools is free to ECE programs in North Carolina. Go NAP SACC is looking for local health departments and other organizations around North Carolina that are interested in getting the word out about the tools and supporting ECE programs in using them.

Go NAP SACC guides ECE programs through
5 steps to healthy change: self-assessment, action planning, taking action, learning more, and keeping it up. With interactive online features and an online library of helpful resources, ECE programs can use the online Go NAP SACC tools independently or with the help of a trained Go NAP SACC Consultant.

“Go NAP SACC was an awesome program with awesome resources and tools to help you modify things, set goals, work with your teachers, work with your parents. If you want to work on exercise or vegetables, water intake or policies, those tools are just right there to guide you step-by-step and help you see where you are and what you can do to reach the goal.”
